L&S Registered Auditors was founded by Abdel Serghini and Saskia Luteijn, both of whom wanted to create a human-scale firm dedicated exclusively to auditing services, with absolute independence. This strategic choice is also based on the desire to offer services characterized by proximity, accessibility and an appropriate level of involvement of the partners in the audit work.
Thanks to this strategic positioning, our firm enjoys a high level of trust from its clients, who never feel that they are commercial targets for other services outside the profession of registered auditors. The relevance of this choice has also been strengthened by recent legislative reforms aimed at reinforcing the independence of registered auditors. Partner / Chief Happiness OfficerAbdel Serghini has extensive experience working with Belgian and international SMEs as well as in the public and non-profit sectorsAbdel is a graduate of the Universitý of Applied Sciences in Aachen and holds the titles of Certified Public Accountant and Registered Auditor.Abdel is also a court-appointed expert and guest lecturer at the Business School Haute École Francisco Ferrer. Abdel specialises, among other areas, in due diligences and company valuationsWorking languages: French, Dutch, German and English.
Saskia Luteijn
Partner
Saskia Luteijn has around thirty years’ experience in auditing and advising organisations of various types: large companies, SMEs, NPOs and public entities. She has also carried out a number of consultancy assignments in connection with restructuring operations (mergers, demergers, liquidations, contributions, etc.) and various high added-value appraisals.
Saskia is a graduate of the Université́ Catholique de Louvain and was certified as a Registered Auditor in 1997.
Saskia is a guest lecturer at Syntra Brussels and the Odisee Highschool.
Among other things, Saskia specialises in auditing and advising SMEs and NPOs of all types.
Working languages: Dutch, French and English.
